Who You Are Buying From
TicketsNY.comwith any concert halls, concert venues or other ticket web sites. TicketsNY.com acts as the agent to those who are promoting or otherwise providing the events for which you purchase tickets ("Event Providers"). TicketsNY.com is not responsible for the products, services, actions, omisssions or failure to act of any venue, performer, promoter or other third party in connection with or referenced on the TicketsNY.com. The name of the artists or bands schedule to perform may change without prior notice to us. TicketsNY.com is not responsible for any changes that might occur but will make every efford to inform you.
Pricing and Availability TicketsNY.com sells tickets on behalf of promoters, teams, bands and venues, which means TicketsNY.com does not set the ticket prices or determine seating locations. Tickets are generally sold through several distribution points, including online, Retail Locations and box offices.
Policies set forth by the promoters, including venues, and theatres, prohibit TicketsNY.com from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. Treat tickets as CASH. Keep them in safe place, AWAY damaging conditions, from Kids and Pets (more on lost, stolen, damanges tickets below). There is no refund or exchange on tickets. We also will not issue a refund for a lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed ticket or for a ticket claimed to be "not delivered".
Your tickets will be delivered by the shipping method you desire. Orders are processed only after a credit card has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, TicketsNY.com will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If we are unable to reach you after its initial attempt, TicketsNY.com may cancel your order and may sell your tickets to another customer. TicketsNY.com is not responsible for incorrect mailing information you provide to us. Your Last Name MUST be displayed on the mail box to ensure fast and secure delivery by the USPS(United States Postal Service). Absolutely no P.O Boxes. TicketsNY.com will not be held responsible for the lost or misplaced tickets shipped to your place of business.
If the concert is less than 7 days away, the tickets are NOT MAILED OUT. Your tickets will be expecting you at the box office/location designated for ticket pick-up approximatly one hour before the event and your order will be automatically marked as Will Call. This is not reservation!! We charge credit card in advance, even if you fail to attend the show or did not receive an e-mail confirmation from us(because you spam-blocked TicketsNY.com automated service).
Refunds and Exchanges
Before purchasing tickets carefully review your event and seat selection. Policies set forth by our clients, including venues, teams and theaters, prohibit TicketsNY.com from issuing exchanges or refunds for purchased tickets after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. Tickets also cannot be refunded or exchanged due to a poor weather conditions at the time of the event. Refunds or exchanges are offered only for event cancellations and/or due to venue structural issues or force major. All other sales are final.. Occasionally, events are canceled or postponed or changed by the promoter, team, band or venue. If the event is cancelled/postponed/changed by the promoter, team, band or venue, we will attempt to contact you via e-mail to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that event. For exact instructions on any canceled or postponed event, please check the event information online . TicketsNY.com typically only offers refunds and/or exchanges based on the promoter's, team's or venue's instructions. In order to receive a refund or an exchange that may be offered, you will have to comply with the promoter's, team's or venue's instructions or deadlines that will be send to you in the e-mail.
Billing Information Verification

Certain venues (nightclubs, lounges and bars)have 18+ / those that serve alcohol have 21 and over policy and require valid government issued ID for verification. Valid ID is a legal document that has your current picture, clearly states your date of birth and was issued by the government (Driver's License, passport, green card). It is your responsibility to bring and present proper ID. No refunds will be given if you are under required age limit and if you fail to bring valid ID. In addition, events at such venues might start later than the advertised show time. Please take than into consideration. TicketsNY.com is not responsible for the accuracy printed or advertised by the "Event Providers".
Event Providers reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with Event Provider rules. Breach of terms or rules will terminate your license to attend the event without refund. A ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the ticket's face amount. A ticket is not redeemable for cash. You and your belongings may be searched on entry. You consent to such searches and waive any related claims that may arise. If you elect not to consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the event without refund or other compensation. Under certain facility rules, certain items may not be brought into the premises, including without limitation, alcohol, drugs, controlled substances, cameras, recording devices, bundles and containers.
Lost, Stolen or Destroyed Tickets
Contact us as soon as you notice your tickets are missing or have been destroyed. We will verify your order and seat location and attempt to make alternate arrangements for your entry into the event.(Please contact us at least 3-4 business days prior to the event, preferably in writing). There might be an extra fee (10% of the ticket price) associated with providing such service.
